Yesterday morning the preseason of the table tennis school of the Club de Regatas Corrientes began, which is the kick off of the discipline calendar for 2023.
The day began with work on the Regatta beach, where the boys, led by the instructor Carlos Núñez, moved around and carried out different activities in the sand. Then they went to the floating pool in the river, where in addition to doing some physical work, they also took the opportunity to cool off and have fun. The next stage consisted of the main thing, table tennis. The players went to the fourth floor of the sports building of the institution where seven online tables were set up in the room. There, work on sports technique, coordination and also sports regulations were carried out.
In addition, the fun and intense day ended with a common lunch in the institution’s grill sector, in order to share a moment together and nurture the bond and extra-sports relationship. The proposal will continue throughout these days and the weekend will conclude with a trip to Ramada Paso, where they will all spend a few days together.
