The Under-17 Moleques de Xerém held, this Monday (23/01), at the Vale das Laranjeiras Training Center, in Xerém, the first ball activities under the command of coach Rômulo Rodriguez. The training started the preparation of the category for the 2023 season.

“The boys, like me, were looking forward to returning to the field. It’s nice to see them wanting to work. There is enormous respect within the group, after all, generations 06 and 07 know what each one produced last year. The world seeks to conquer its space and nobody wants to give up, qualifying the training a lot, which, for me, as a coach, is fantastic”, said the commander.

Back on track since last Wednesday (18/01), when he returned to the club after the holidays, the group went through physical assessments and meetings to learn about the planning defined by Tricolor for the year to come. The team’s first commitment is the Copa Rio, scheduled to start on March 18th.

“We already know the group, but the boys have evolved a lot. We are meeting now to outline our objectives for the new season. We intend to know where each athlete feels better, more comfortable and likes to play so that we can try to make the best decisions. It will not be possible. easy, the group is qualified, but that only helps me”, concluded the coach.
