Jannik Sinner has brought a new physiotherapist into his team.

As several Italian media reported unanimously over the weekend, Giacomo Naldi is the South Tyrolean’s new physiotherapist. The 33-year-old Naldi comes from Casalecchio near Bologna and has been employed by the Virtus Bologna basketball team for the past 6 years. Naldi replaces Frenchman Jerome Bianchi, who had worked with Sinner since June.

February is an intense indoor month for South Tyrol’s tennis ace. Sinner has announced 3 tournaments in a row. At the ATP tournament this week in Montpellier, Sextner has a bye to start with. On Wednesday or Thursday he contests the round of 16. He will certainly serve next week at the ATP 500 tournament in Rotterdam. Whether he will be there as planned in Marseille (20-26 February) depends on how he fares in the first two tournaments.
