But it was delayed by the Covid, then by the World Cup in Qatar. “His performance, carried out brilliantly, was once again more than praised. He then became the best decisive passer in the history of the France team, overtaking Thierry Henry. Suffice to say that a distinguished player of such a level has more than ample room at Grévin, alongside other illustrious players and athletes. Beyond being an exceptional player, Antoine Griezmann is a beautiful person, ”explains the Grévin museum in its press release.

“Six months were needed to create the character of Antoine Griezmann, who took great pleasure in participating in each stage of the creation with the teams from the Grévin workshops and the sculptor Stéphane Barret. During his first meeting, which then took place in February 2020 in Barcelona, at the dawn of the pandemic, he lent himself to the game of photos, videos, 3D image captures, face and body measurements and cast hands. A second meeting confronted the model and the clay modeling by video. Finally, the last details such as the hairstyle and the make-up of the face were checked”, specifies the Grévin Museum.
