Miguel sees the fifth yellow and will be off against Almeria

Losses are once again the bread of every day in the Girona. After being warned with the fifth yellow card al minut 56, Miguel will be out to face next Friday theAlmeria in Montilivi Considering that Valery will still need a week to recover from the injury he is suffering, Javi Hernández has all the numbers to fill the void left by the Madrid full-back on the left side.

Miguel has only missed one league game so far, against Elche (1-2) because he was injured, being starter in 18 of the 21 days that have been disputed. In total, it accumulates more than 1,500 minutes. At Martínez Valero, Javi Hernández started and, precisely, the defender on loan from Leganés has not played since then as he was injured during thestage in Estepona when he was at his best. Therefore, if nothing goes wrong, he will reappear against Almeria.

Déjà vu on the right side

Recently, Míchel already encountered a “problem” like this. It was in the previous match against Valencia (1-0) in which Arnau’s dismissal due to a suspension left an important gap on the right wing which, on that occasion, was occupied by Valery.

Taking into account that Stuani missed the game against Cadiz to fulfill the cycle of cards and that Miguel saw the fifth, Girona does not, for the moment, have any more players warned of a penalty in the squad. Bernardo and Juanpe are the closest with three yellows.
