1. About vocalizing
・There are government policies, but at this time we plan to operate as usual.
・Spontaneous vocalizations are not restricted, but staff may speak out if vocalizations that deviate from the guidelines are confirmed.
2. Regarding noise
At the OPEN HOUSE ARENA OTA, the use of harisen and megaphones is also prohibited, regardless of home away. Thank you again for your understanding and cooperation.
3.Regarding parking lots
・Part of the parking lot on the Ota City Sports Park site will be reserved for related parties.
・We are planning to secure some parking lots for users of the sports park.
・Bus terminal Ota parking lot and Power Mall Ota can be used.
・Other parking lots are currently being adjusted. We will inform you as soon as it is decided.
・Please do not park anywhere other than the club designated parking lot.
4. Shuttle bus
We are currently adjusting the departure and arrival points, the number of buses, etc. We will let you know as soon as it is decided.
5.Regarding going cashless
OPEN HOUSE ARENA OTA aims to be completely cashless. Cash will also be used in preparation for the home game in April, but we strongly recommend that you prepare for cashless payments.

Thank you for your continued support and encouragement for the Gunma Crane Thunders.
Thanks to the efforts of Ota City and other related parties, although it is in the form of a pre-opening, it will be newly established from this season from the match against Utsunomiya on April 15th and 16th, one week earlier than the scheduled match. We are pleased to announce that “OPEN HOUSE ARENA OTA” will be open to everyone.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of you.
In addition, I would like to thank the citizens of Ota, Sanders fans, and basketball fans all over the country who have been looking forward to the opening. We have been making preparations under the slogan “SMALL ARENA, BIG VISION”, but we are finally able to welcome the match at the new arena.
About two years after the announcement of the concept, we have been pushing forward towards opening at an exceptionally fast pace. This is an arena that neither our club staff nor our partner companies have ever used before, so there may be occasions when it causes inconvenience to our customers, such as operational aspects, but we would appreciate it if you would watch over us warmly.
We will do our utmost to create a venue that pleases our customers, that they enjoy themselves, and that makes them want to come back again and again.
I would like to ask for your continued support so that we can deliver a “new normal” to Ota and Gunma together with Sanders.
