Seferovic, Ayoze Pérez or Gragera, notable signings on the last market day in LaLiga Santander

MADRID, 1 Feb. (EUROPA PRESS) –

LaLiga experienced a ‘quiet’ closure of its winter transfer market this Tuesday, January 31, with few relevant movements among the LaLiga Santander teams and with the names of Haris Seferovic, Ayoze Pérez and José Gragera as some of the most prominent.

Thus, Celta reinforced their lead with the arrival of Haris Seferovic, a player who is already familiar with the Spanish league from his time at Real Sociedad and who came to the Vigo team on loan to accompany Iago Aspas, Joergen Strand Larsen and Gonzalo Paciencia in the offensive field.

The international with the Swiss team, with whom he was at the last World Cup in Qatar, arrives in Vigo from Turkish Galatasaray, where he was on loan from Portuguese Benfica and with whom he had played a total of 13 games this season, with only two goals scored.

In addition, another team that strengthened itself up front was Real Betis, which despite having Borja Iglesias, William José and Juanmi Jiménez, took over the loan of Ayoze Pérez from the Canary Islands until the end of this season, who is returning to the league Spanish.

The attacker played for CD Tenerife before heading to the Premier League where he had played since 2014, first for Newcastle and later for Leicester City, where he has spent the last three seasons and where he was currently not participating much. The Verdiblanco team also loaned striker Loren Morón to UD Las Palmas from LaLiga SmartBank.

For its part, RCD Espanyol also moved on the last day of the market and, in addition to announcing early on the loan of playmaker Denis Suárez by Celta, they signed the Spanish Under-21 international midfielder José Gragera, who has signed until June 30, 2028, and the goalkeeper Fernando Pacheco, until 2026.

Mallorca managed the loans of the midfielder Manu Morlanes, owned by Villarreal, and the young Colombian Dani Luna, from Deportivo Cali and who will join when his participation in the South American U-20 finishes, while Cádiz got the loans of striker Sergi Guardiola (Valladolid) and center-back Jorge Meré (América), and signed striker Chris Ramos (Lugo).

Real Valladolid announced the signing until 2027 of the Belgian midfielder Selman Amallah, who was at the Belgian Standard de Liège, and the loan of the Cameroonian Martin Hongla, a midfielder who arrives from the Italian Hellas Verano, while, in addition to Sergi Guardiola, he also loaned the Israeli Shon Weismann to Granada Second. The striker Bebé left Rayo Vallecano to play on loan at Real Zaragoza.
