Superbowl LVII will take place on February 12, where the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagle will face each other at the State Farm Arena in Glendale, Arizona.
However, in addition to the game itself, fans will be able to enjoy the traditional halftime show where great artists have performed. For this occasion, Rihanna, who has been off the stage for seven years, will make her triumphant return at halftime of this Superbowl.
Given this, we will remember here what have been the best five halftime shows in the history of the NFL final at the acting and production level:
Michael Jackson (Superbowl XXVII)

The King of Pop had the opportunity to perform at halftime at the 1993 Superbowl and his performance would forever change the history of these performances. Jackson appeared on the Rose Bowl stage and there he performed an act marked by fireworks and his best-known songs such as ‘Billie Jean’, ‘Black or White’ among others.
Prince (Supebowl XLI)
In 2007, the singer had an incredible presentation where he paid homage to his favorite artists. Prince would play songs like ‘All Along the Watchtower’ by Bob Dylan, ‘The Best of You’ by the Foo Fighters and his mythical song ‘Purple Rain’ that gave a majestic closure to his act.
Katy Perry (Superbowl XLIX)
The artist put on one of the great halftime shows in history since during her act she arrived in a huge golden lion and gave away several viral moments. In addition, her presentation is recognized as the highest-rated performance in history with more than 118 million viewers.
Beyoncé (Superbowl XLVII)
The pop singer in 2013 performed at the New Orleans Superdome and performed one of the best shows in history. In her presentation, she performed hits like ‘Run the World’, ‘End of Time’ among others and also brought together her old group: ‘Destiny’s Child.
Lady Gaga (Superbowl LI)
The American singer stole all eyes when she began her act from above the stadium surrounded by thousands of drones and an eccentric dress. For almost 14 minutes, Gaga sang songs like ‘Poker Face’, ‘Born this Way’, ‘Telephone’, ‘Bad Romance’, among others.
Special mention
Shakira and Jennifer Lopez (Superbowl LIV)
The Colombian and the American commissioned her to give this show a Latin flavor for the first time with several well-known songs from both. Similarly, they shared the stage with J Balvin and Bad Bunny. This act is the most viewed of the Superbowl on YouTube with 200 million views.
