I also looked at job advertisements for my job this year and looked at advertisements from temporary employment agencies to see what the conditions are like and I’m really not sure how much I should start as a beginner
Some temp agencies pay €12 per hour
others start at €14
and others more or less at 15€ or even +17€
So roughly from €12 to €17.xx is the wage range, which is already high, a range of up to €5.50 and also very imprecise…
for some there is only remuneration according to the IGZ tariff,
Tariff according to BAP or E3 and E4 or E5.
My question
how much should I start with the fact that I’m still a junior and not a senior
