Brandon Ingram (New Orleans Pelicans) and Jaylen Brown (Boston Celtics) have been named Best Players of the Week, the NBA reported through its communication department.
Ingram has guided his Pelicans to an immaculate 3-0 record averaging a double-double: 31.3 points, 10 assists and 6.3 rebounds per day.
Willie Green’s men (38-37), who have a 5-game winning streak, close the gap in the West to place themselves in eighth position, just one game behind the Golden State Warriors (39-37).
For his part, Jaylen Brown has also led the Celtics to a record of three wins and no losses with figures of almost 32 points, 8.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game.
The ‘greens’ are second in the Eastern Conference (52-23) only behind Giannis Antetokounmpo’s Bucks (54-21).
