On the occasion of the celebration of the international day of women’s rights, the city of Carcassonne, in collaboration with the omnisports club ASPTT, organizes for an exclusively female public, from 7 to 77 years old, a sports initiation day, the next Saturday, March 11. Title of the event: “Sport gives them”.
Throughout the day, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., on the Païchérou site, along the banks of the Aude, several sports disciplines will be offered: Pilate, archery, padel, fitness, dance for two and zumba and new this year: kizomba.
All these activities are completely free and supervised by sports educators from the City and ASPTT leaders.

Sophrology from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.; Pilates from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.; gym from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.; zumba from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.; dance initiation for 2 from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.; kizomba from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Outdoors :
Tir à l’arc 10 h – 12 h / 14 h – 16 h ; padel 10 h – 12 h / 14 h – 16 h.
