DThe Judo Union Klosterneuburg celebrates the next big success in Slovakia.

With 618 starters from 78 clubs from five nations, the 34th Grand Prix in Pezinok, Slovakia, was more than just well positioned. Of course, the talents of the Judo Union Klosterneuburg, who started together with the Galaxy Tigers, were also there. The appearance of the “combat community” was crowned with success. With five wins, five second places and six third places, the title of the best club of the tournament was scooped up.

In addition, Tamia Eckl secured the tournament’s technician prize, which is awarded to the best technician of the tournament. A nice honor that went to the Judo Union Klosterneuburg for the second time within a few weeks.

Coach Sven Maresch also had words of praise for Tamia Eckl: “I have rarely seen such a technically controlled and varied performance from such a young athlete!” fourth prize in this category for the people of Klosterneuburg.
