On the occasion of International Women’s Rights Day, the Ile-de-France League offered this Wednesday, March 8, 2023, a Judo-Jujitsu initiation at the Paris Dojo Arena.
About sixty young judokas, and mothers accompanied by their children came to this initiation and were able to take advantage of three discovery workshops:
Judo workshop with Cathy ARNAUD and Céline LEBRUN, two great world judo champions
Jujitsu workshop with Patricia FLOQUET, national coach of the French Jujitsu teams.
Self-defense workshop with Bertrand AMOUSSOU, director of Jujitsu development at the French Judo Federation.
Pénélope BONNA, European champion 2011, and now Coach in Fitness, Nutrition and Entrepreneurship also intervened with the participants to make them aware of everyday nutrition.
