Nuevo León projects 22 athletes for the Paris Olympic Games | Newscast Mexico

A 500 days of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, in it State Institute of Physical Culture y Sport of Nuevo Leon have projected to 22 athletes prioritized for sort out to the maximum sports fair.

Sunday Cross, coordinator of Quality in Sport, reported that they have prioritized 22 athletes with ample possibilities of reaching the upcoming Olympics.

Among the athletes that are part of this list are the badminton player HAramara Gaitán, the divers Carolina Mendoza, Diego Balleza, Juan Manuel Celaya, Osmar Olvera and Kevin Berlin, and the horse rider Eugenio Garza, all of them debutants on the Olympic stage in Tokio 2020.

They also contemplate the hammer thrower Diego del Real, who was fourth in Rio 2016 and participated in Tokyo 2020; to the shirt Kenya Lettuce, who was also in the two previous Olympic editions.

In addition to Jose Luis Sanchez shooting sport, who was in Beijing 2008 and in Tokyo 2020.

Each of them plans to assist in this 2023 to the Games Central Americans and of the El Salvador Caribbean to be held from June 23 al July 8 and the Pan American Games of Santiago de Chile, scheduled from October 20 al November 5th.
