The collective logistics and transport agreements signed in 2023 propose salary increases of 3.13% |

Between January and February, 214 collective agreements have been signed in the transport and storage sector, according to the Ministry of Labour, Migration and Social Security.

The set of these agreements in the sector regulates the working conditions of 305,928 workers in a total of 31,632 companies. These labor agreements have led to a salary variation of 3.13%.

Of the total number of agreements signed in the two months, 148 are from companies, which affect a total of 47,094 workers and have led to a salary variation of 2.86%, while the other 66 are from a higher level of the company, involving to a total of 258,834 workers and have led to a salary variation of 3.18%.

By segments of activity, in the period 75 company collective agreements have been signed in transport, another 53 for companies in storage and activities related to transport, 47 more at a higher level in land transport and 18 at a higher level in storage and activities related to transportation.

Likewise, in the period another six postal and mail service company collective agreements have been signed, another eight by a maritime transport company, one more of a higher level in air transport and another six companies in this same segment.

The average salary variation agreed in the agreements signed in the logistics and transport sector in the first two months of 2023 has been, by activity segments, 2.83% for land transport, another 2.67% for maritime transport, 3.06% for air transport, 3.74% for storage and activities related to transport and 7.79% for postal and mail activities.

Throughout Spain, during the period, 1,941 collective agreements have been signed in all economic activities, with a salary variation of 2.89%. Of these, 1,441 have been from companies, with a salary variation of 2.76%, while 500 have been from a higher level, with a salary variation of 2.9%.
