Between July 1 and 9, 2023, SPORTRAINING organizes its 2nd Triathlon Camp for young people from 16 to 20 years old. After the enormous success of the 2022 edition, with the Triathlon + Surf Campus in Cantabria, for this year the proposal is even more spectacular, if possible with the TRIATTON CAMPUS + WAKEBOARD in Alicante. A Campus that guarantees a unique experience in which training, learning, camaraderie and fun prevail above all else.
It is a unique Campus aimed at boys and girls between the ages of 16 and 20, in a fantastic place such as ALBIR GARDEN RESORT in El Albir beach (Alicante)where they will enjoy magnificent days focused on training, learning and fun, in what will undoubtedly be an unforgettable experience! Specific TRIATHLON training, combining swimming, cycling and running, along with a multi-day course in such a spectacular sport as WAKEBOARD.
Directed by trainers from the Sportraining staff, who combine high training, knowledge, and a lot of experience.
- SWIMMING training with the aim of learning and mastering the specific techniques for swimming in TRIATHLON.
- CYCLING training applied to TRIATHLON. Spectacular routes, time trial, theoretical-practical classes to acquire specific skills to compete in TRIATHLON, as well as useful knowledge about the bike.
- RACE training both on the athletics track and on beautiful paths near the sea. Objectives of improving both biomechanics and learning to improve running economy in order to perform better in TRIATHLON.
- TRANSITIONS technical training with the aim of mastering and automating these for TRIATHLON.
- Theoretical talks on nutrition, sports planning and bicycle optimization.
- WAKEBOARD classes and practices in Cable Ski Benidorm, run by a great team of professionals. Cable ski Benidorm is the only ski cable over the sea in the world and also the pioneer since 1966, with a prestigious school for both international competitors and beginners. The Cable Ski modality allows with its mechanical trailer without the need for a boat, through a 1km-long cable-guide (the longest in Spain), to have up to 12 people practicing Wakeboarding simultaneously and at different speeds.

The Sportraining Triathlon + Wakeboard Camp includes:
