Around Edwards, little to get excited about in Minnesota, beyond the always profitable Mike Conley (19 points, 7-13 from the field). Karl-Anthony Townsthe other star of the team, had another very doubtful and passive production: He finished with 17 points and 11 rebounds, but he barely took 9 shots and, like several other times, left his team at a key moment, committing six personal fouls.
Edwards looks like a rising superstar, in a team without the means to enhance its takeoff.
