Leicester City recently parted ways with long-term manager Brendan Rosgers. Since then, the “Foxes” have been looking for a new head coach.
Now two former Salzburg coaches should also have a chance of getting the job. Both Jesse Marsch and Oscar Garcia are traded with the Foxes, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Most recently, two Austrians, Ralph Hasenhüttl and Adi Hütter, were associated with the Leicester job. Another candidate is the legendary coach Rafa Benitez.
The English club is in the middle of a relegation battle. With currently 19th place and 25 points, two points are missing on the saving bank.
Jesse Marsch already has experience in the relegation battle. In 2022 he led Leeds to stay up in the Premier League.
Both coaches are currently unemployed. Oscar Garcia left Reims in autumn 2022. Leeds United fired Jesse Marsch in February this year.
