HERE NARDÒ
Gennaro Di Carlo (coach) – “Trapani’s last defeat was a match played by us for 39 minutes, which speaks for itself. We have to treasure our mistakes and try to take advantage of this double chance that remains to conquer our target: the playoffs. It will make all the difference to conquer them, and above all to play them. Now it’s up to us to prove that we can do it.”
Notes – Nothing to report.
Media – Live streaming on LNP Pass.

HERE AGRIGENTO
Devis Cagnardi (coach) – “The penultimate round of the White group will see us face a team that at home has by far the best attack in the whole of Serie A2, which plays the highest number of possessions and pushes the counterattack as first and most effective option. They fight with full rights and with merit for a playoff place, in what will be their last home game in the group. There are all the conditions for an insidious and complicated match, which we will face openly trying to play our basketball without paying attention to the characteristics of the opponents; we want to finish the group in first place and Nardò’s will be the first of two match points to achieve this goal, before diving into the quarter-finals with confidence and determination”.
Notes – Fortitudo Agrigento, already qualified for the playoffs, flies to Lecce to challenge HDL Nardò tomorrow evening (Saturday, ed) at 20:45, at the Palasport “San Giuseppe da Copertino”, in the match valid for the fifth day of the group Clock phase white. Coach Cagnardi’s team arrives with 4 consecutive victories; against Nardò he won 98-74 within the friendly walls of the PalaMoncada. Nardò, on the other hand, comes from the defeat in Trapani and is on 8 points, tied with Latina, Trapani and Rimini, while Agrigento is first in the standings with 12; last Chiusi with 4, defeated by Fortitudo last Sunday.

Giovanni Bassi (head coach) – “The margin is really very slim. We have to win the two games that remain and hope that Latina and Trapani never win. Difficult, but we are forced to think about ourselves. A serious, intense and concentrated game will be needed with Latina; we will have to start from our defense and try to win from there. We’ll see what happens at the siren.”
Riccardo Bolpin (player) – “We gave everything in the away match against Agrigento, but unfortunately it wasn’t enough. Now the road to the playoffs is even more complicated. We are aware that it will not depend only on us, but we have two opportunities to try and we want to take advantage of them. Starting this Sunday with Latina”.
Notes – Nothing to report.
Media – Live streaming on LNP Pass.

HERE LATIN
Giuseppe Di Manno (assistant coach) – “After the good performance at home against Rimini, we face a decisive away game in a playoff key, against a team that has picked up little at this stage, but has always played good matches, losing in the final. We go to Chiusi with the desire to win two important points for the playoffs”.
Yancarlos Rodriguez (player) – “The team is healthy, finally after a long time, so we are able to train all together and it is clear that we are now better on the pitch. The hard work done, week after week, is now paying off, especially from the point of view of the trust we have in each other and the game system is also helping us to come out. As far as Chiusi is concerned, it is a match that, clearly and bluntly, we want to win. The team can do it, we’re working at our best, they’ll try to get results at home to continue hoping to access the playoffs, but we’re just as determined. I saw this determination in all my teammates, even after the home win against Rimini, we screamed and were already projected to face Chiusi, so I think we’ll do well. Chiusi is a very difficult field, because they make energy their strong point, and we, to win the game, will have to be good at overcoming their intensity by doing our thing with confidence. The first leg was very tough, because Chiusi is a team that never gives up. I am convinced that an intense challenge awaits us on Sunday too, but we will be ready. It will be a match decided by the details.”
Notes – Nothing to declare.
Media – The game will be available to stream live on LNP Pass (subscription service). Real-time match updates are available on the Company’s social channels.

RIVIERABANCA RIMINI – 2B CONTROL TRAPANI

First leg: 62-58
Live for LNP Pass subscribers:

RIMINI HERE
Mauro Zambelli (assistant coach) – “We want to try and continue our run for the playoffs and we want to redeem the opaque second half played in Latina. Strengthened by this desire and the public’s drive, we will have to be good at attacking the game without losing control of the pace. It will be essential not to be frantic, limiting turnovers and maintaining good shot selection ”.
Aristide Landi (player) – “It will perhaps be the most important match of the year, for us it is a real final, even if it will also depend on the other results. Our approach will have to be just like playing in a final, our goal is to get back to winning ways, we’re training well and we’ll arrive fully charged for Sunday’s appointment”.
Note – Davide Meluzzi and Derek Ogbeide are absent due to injury.
Media – The match will be streamed live exclusively for season ticket holders on the LNP Pass platform. Delayed on Icaro TV (channel 18 digital terrestrial). Constant updates with images and results in real time on the social channels of RBR, Facebook (Rinascita Basket Rimini) and Instagram (@rivierabancabasketrimini).

HERE DRILLS
Alex Latini (assistant coach) – “Rimini is a strong and well-trained team. Over time they have built a fluid and tested game system, which has allowed them to win important matches despite the various absences, which also happened in the first leg match against us. For our part, the goal will be to equalize their athleticism and their physicality, to contain their great ability to rebound. If we succeed, we will have a chance to win”.
Federico Massone (player) – “We are aware that for access to the playoffs we have everything in our hands: winning on Sunday in Rimini would almost mean having the certainty of playing in the post season, which would represent a truly important goal for us, given the many problems had this year. Rimini is an excellent team, we played very badly in the first leg and we want a revenge”.
Notes – 5th day of the White group. Marco Rupil absent due to a knee injury.
Media – Live streaming on LNP Pass. Live broadcast on Radio 102 (102 Mhz), updates at the end of the quarter and during the match on the official Facebook page and on the official Twitter account of Pallacanestro Trapani. Deferred on Telesud Trapani (channel 118 DTT) on Tuesday at 20.30.
