Judo taster course for school children
The Japanese martial art “Judo” is the best known and most popular competitive sport for girls and boys.
We invite you to get to know the sport of judo during our varied training.
When: Wednesday: April 19, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m
Monday: April 24, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m

Clothing: If you register with Walter Trapp two days in advance on: 0173 8018672 and tell us your dress size, we will provide you with a judo jacket for the trial session. You then need long sports pants and a T-shirt.
Info’s: We train barefoot, so bring slippers and please think
to short-cut toenails and fingernails.
You should have drunk enough before training and possibly eat a banana to give you energy
Costs: €2.50 per training session
