His family is not very rich, he built his own gym at home and began sculpting his body on his own, showing remarkable willpower and perseverance.
After high school, Vladimir Shmondenko studied at the National University of Bioresources and Nature Management (former National Agrarian University of Ukraine).
Inspired by the videos of David Leid (American bodybuilder and model, who became famous and an ambassador for major fitness brands such as Gymshark thanks to his impressive physique and online presence), Vladimir decided to follow his path and started to uploading videos of his physical transformation to his YouTube channel in 2015.
However, he has today deleted the videos up to 2018 due to poor quality.
