Work-study offer: Project manager for sponsorship, patronage and CSR M/F – FRANCE JUDO

OUR FEDERATION

The French Federation of Judo and Associated Disciplines is an Association law 1901 created in 1946 delegated by the Ministry in charge of sports and composed of 5167 clubs distributed evenly throughout France. It has set up Delegated Territorial Organizations throughout the national territory, including twelve regional leagues.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES

As part of the development of its partnership activities, its foundation and its CSR strategy, France Judo is recruiting its future work-study student to back to school 2023. You will work in close collaboration with your master of learning to the success of the following missions:

SPONSORING

• Accompany the sponsors of France Judo in their strategy of activating their partnership;
• Design and implement sponsorship activation projects during events or in communication, in conjunction with all of the federation’s support services;
• Set up contractual counterparties when signing new marketing partnerships;
• Animate the network of sponsors of France Judo.

SPONSORSHIP

• Develop and deploy the patronage search strategy for the France Judo Foundation;
• Organize a gala evening to raise funds;
• Animate the network of patrons of the Foundation.

RSE

• Coordinate the work of the agency in charge of CSR support for France Judo;
• Implement France Judo’s CSR strategy at national and territorial level;
• Contribute to the production of societal and environmental impact assessments, in particular that of the Paris Grand Slam.

Your missions will lead you to contribute to the following events:

• European Judo Championships in Montpellier in November 2023;
• Season 2 of the Judo Pro League between August and December 2023;
• Paris Grand Slam in February 2024;
• Route of the Champions.

PROFILE

• You are preparing a master’s level degree in work-study, in a business school or university.
• You already have experience in marketing or communication in the sports world. Experience in sales and the commercial aspect would be a plus;
• You have an appetite for social and responsible causes;
• You have good interpersonal skills and know how to work in a team;
• You are rigorous, creative and proactive;
• You know how to manage a project by showing autonomy;
• You master the tools of the Office suite;
• Being a judoka is not mandatory, but a passion for sport in general is necessary.

TERMS

Type of contract: apprenticeship contract

Position based at the headquarters (Dojo de Paris), 21-25 avenue de la Porte de Chatillon Paris 14^th

Salary: Percentage of the SMIC or the conventional minimum wage (SMC)
