Abel Cuellar, former director of the IPE, dies

During the course of this Tuesday, the sensitive death of Abel Cuellar, who was the director of the Veracruz State Pension Institute, was announced.

Similarly, the State Steering Committee of the PRI in Veracruz, mourned the death of the also founder of the Critical Current.
