A strong delegation led by the president of the Ivorian federation Mahama Coulibaly accompanied by members of its steering committee and FIBBA-Africa Ambassadors Abass Diop and Djadji Clément, came to present the World Basketball Trophy to the Minister of Sports Mr. Paulin Claude DANHO at his Firm.
“I am particularly happy with the qualification of our country for this international competition.
The will of the President of the Republic is to ensure that sport is a source of gathering of Ivorians, and of influence of Côte d’Ivoire abroad”, rejoiced the first person in charge of sport in Côte d’Ivoire. ‘Ivoire while expressing the wish to “see this trophy return to the shores of the Ebrié lagoon so that we can officially hand it over to the President of the Republic HE Mr. Alassane Ouattara”.
