Adam Frazier hit a two-run long pitch and Anthony Santander added a solo homer for the Orioles, who have won three of their last four games.
In seven innings, Kyle Gibson (5-3) held the Blue Jays to one run, five hits and two walks. He scored five strikeouts.
Yennier Cano conceded another run before Felix Bautista completed the ninth inning.
For the Jays, Danny Jansen hit a run single and Bo Bichette scored a runner with an optional.
Jansen has driven in seven points in his last six games.
Yusei Kikuchi (5-1) allowed three runs and three hits in four and two-thirds innings. He allowed four walks.
