Great success in Florence for the Para-Archey championships

An entire weekend dedicated to the Para-Archery movement of archery with over 120 archers in the competition, this year for the first time united with the Fisdir world in the same event, is the one staged in Florence at the Ugo archery field of Tuscany.
At the end of the 72 qualifying arrows, the Italian class title arrives, in the men’s senior Olympic open, for Roberto Airoldi (Arcieri Cameri) with 613 points, while in the women’s another title for Elisabetta Mijno (Fiamme Azzurre/Arcieri delle Alpi) who closes with 648 points.
Diego Boaglio (Arcieri delle Alpi) is first in the Olympic open men’s students (514 points).

The second day of competition served to assign the absolute titles instead.
Olimpico Open – Roberto Airoldi (Arcieri Cameri) surrenders only in the final against Stefano Travisani (4-6), thus winning the silver.
The reigning champion Elisabetta Mijno (Fiamme Azzurre/Arcieri delle Alpi) repeated last year’s success against her national teammate Enza Petrilli, winning 6-0.
Compound Open – The men’s final is once again an all-Piedmontese derby: in the end Matteo Bonacina (Arcieri delle Alpi) wins 142-137 over Giampaolo Cancelli (Arcieri Alpignano).
The other archer Massimo Venturelli (Arcieri Alpignano) had gone out in the quarterfinals thanks to Bonacina himself (142-131).

In the absolute men’s compound open team challenges, it is gold and the Italian title for the Alpignano Archers (Cancelli, Venturelli) who beat Polisp in the final. Disabled Valcamonica, 143-136.
