Indonesia Wins Fourth Gold, Contribution of Sayu Bella Sukma Dewi

Indonesia secured its fourth gold medal in SEA Games 2023 thanks to Sayu Bella Sukma Dewi’s donation from the MTB bicycle branch.

In the competition that took place at Kulen Mountain, Cambodia, Sayu Bella won a gold medal from the women’s MTB Cross Country Olympic branch.

Sayu Bella is one of three Indonesian athletes who appeared in number. Two other names are Dara Latifah and Dela Anjar Wulan.

“FOURTH GOLD FOR INDONESIA! Congratulations to Sayu Bella Sukma Dewi from the Cycling – MTB Sports Branch for successfully presenting a gold medal for Indonesia in the Women’s MTB Cross Country Olympic number,” wrote the Kemenpora.

This is Indonesia’s fourth gold medal at the 2023 SEA Games. Two other medals were obtained from the marathon branch.

Agus Prayogo and Odekta Elvina Naibaho successfully married men’s and women’s marathon gold medals at the 2023 SEA Games.

While Indonesia’s first gold medal at the 2023 SEA Games was presented by Rashif Amila Yaqin from the men’s individual aquathlon event. Rashif won the gold medal after defeating Andrew Kim Abay Remolino from the Philippines and Bryce Sheng Cher Chong from Singapore.

Indonesia still has the opportunity to add gold medals on the first day after the opening of the 2023 SEA Games. Gold medals have the opportunity to come from the men’s vovinam, karate and MTB Cross Country Olympic branches.
