Lime-free water for building technology – SHK-Profi

So that lime does not precipitate in the water and possibly lead to contamination and damage, Judo has the alternative limescale protection devices of the “i-balance” series with leakage protection in its range. With the expansion of the i-balance series, the water treatment expert now offers naturally treated water for buildings with several residential units. The fully automatic systems deliver water of the purest origin without additives. The special feature of this process: the lime remains in the water, but binds to small crystals and therefore no longer settles on the surfaces. For this purpose, an electrolytic crystal generator forms microscopically small seed crystals from the water. Excess lime is preferentially deposited on these crystals. In the next step, the crystals are selected in a special selection process so that only optimally dimensioned crystals get into the domestic water installation. In the last step, the crystal generator cleans and rinses itself automatically. According to the manufacturer, the system thus stabilizes the hardness components in the water in an intelligent and at the same time resource-saving and natural way. In addition to the proven “i-balance” system, Judo now has the two models “i-balance 50” and “i-balance 75” in its portfolio.
