The municipality of Zwolle is organizing a festive ceremony in Park de Wezenlanden together with PEC Zwolle on Saturday. This to celebrate the promotion of PEC Zwolle.
The ceremony will take place from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm and the program is, in outline, as follows:
• 4 pm: Welcoming first visitors.
• 5 pm. Start support act in Park de Wezenlanden with DJs and artists.
• 6:00 pm: Start of ceremony PEC Zwolle.
• 7:00 pm: End of ceremony with extension until 7:30 pm.
City canal tour
If PEC Zwolle becomes champion on Friday, a canal cruise will be held on Saturday, subject to reservation, at 5.15 pm. The route is then: Rodentorenplein – Vispoortenbrug – Pelserbrugje – Diezerpoortenbrug – Schoenkuiperbrug – Hanekampbrug.
Tribute to Park de Wezenlanden
The entrance to the ceremony is at the underpass of the provincial government building. There is a bicycle shed in the parking lot next to it.
In Park de Wezenlanden, places have been set up for disabled visitors. At the entrance, security points them to that possibility. There are also bars on site where visitors can get drinks. They receive the drink in a deposit cup, which can be returned at the end of the event.
It is forbidden to bring fireworks, flares, alcohol or drugs to the event site. The house rules for the ceremony can be found on the website of the municipality,
Friday at stadium
On Friday evening, the Helmond Sport – PEC Zwolle match can be followed live on a large screen in the stadium at the supporters home.
