The sports exchange project, badminton section between the twin town of Winsen, Germany, with Le Pont-de-Claix had matured before the pandemic, but the years of Covid stopped this project, while the badminton club had undertaken plane reservations. The president, Jean-Claude Victor, therefore relaunched the athletes, in order to prepare this exchange again in Winsen and within the framework this year of the 50th anniversary of the twinning.
