The Algarve Football Association (AFA) will promote, on the 25th of June, between 10 am and 12 noon, a regional Walking Football meeting open to the community, at Complexo Desportiva da Penha, in Faro, which is aimed at practitioners aged 50 and over.
All those interested in the activity, with or without a team, affiliated or not affiliated with the AFA, must express their interest in participating via email: [email protected], noting that, among other benefits, the new modality of the AFA aims to provide an escape route from a sedentary lifestyle, encourage active ageing, combat and prevent diseases, or promote a social life free of loneliness.
