The tournament marks a milestone in the history of Peruvian badmintonnot only for being the first regional event of sports discipline, but will bring together high-performance athletes of the regions Lima, Piura, Huánuco, Ayacucho, Ancash and Arequipa.
William Buendía, Luciana Barboza, Rafaela Munar, Ian Moromisato, Jose Maria Rendon, Saul Andrade, Marcelo Novoa, Kalei Kuan Veng, Mirei Moromisato, among others; will participate in the sporting event, which It is valid for the 2023 national ranking and adds the last score to qualify for the Lima Youth Pan American.
The activity will take place from June 9 to 11 in the closed Coliseum of Huaraz, recently repaired (roof) by the Regional Government of Ancash, and they will be able to participate in the modalities of singles ladies and men, doubles ladies and men and mixed doubles. Admission will be free.
