Belgian Football Mourns the Loss of Cedric Roussel

Cédric Roussel died of a heart attack while he was seated on the terrace of a café in Mons. The Montois was 45 years old.

After the disappearance of Stéphane Demol, here is Belgian football again in mourning with the death of Cedric Roussel. RAEC Mons, with whom he finished top scorer in the Pro League in 2002/2003, made the sad news official. The Montois was carried away by a heart attack.

The striker had a rich career, notably playing for Standard, La Gantoise, RAAL and Zulte Waregem. He also has 38 Premier League games with Coventry and two caps for the Red Devils.
