Judo in the village is new. The first year of its existence was marked, this Tuesday, June 20, by the gala which brought together all the judokas, but also the parents and friends who follow the progress of this sport.
Maxime Maurus, the trainer of this group of fifty followers, had reason to be proud of having carried out this project of the local rural home. Moreover, the presidency of the association was enthusiastic during his welcome speech when the kids of the team got on the mats. Maxime Maurus recounted the key moments of the exercise. “We started the year with achievable expectations with the members. In the end, it exceeded our expectations. We ended up with a lot of children in judo and also adults in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. getting to know each other and links were created. It developed perfectly,” confirmed Maxime Maurus.
“The club’s gala, a real party, began with a common lesson with the two sections of children to show the parents their progress. At the end of the adult performance, I will give the ranks of the jiu-jitsu practitioners” said specified the organizer of this evening.
