Eight Bovesans at the Baseball Regions Tournament – The Guide

Boves – Eight athletes from the Skatch Boves were among the protagonists of the 2023 Tournament of the Regions held from 2 to 4 June in Tuscany. The young prospects from Boves were part of the Piedmontese representative team in Arezzo (Little League), Grosseto (Junior League) and Florence (Senior League). Second step of the podium behind the favorite Emilia Romagna for Riccardo Giraudi and Gill Harbaa Singh in the Junior League. The boys of managers Spataro and Giarola obtained the prestigious result by overcoming Lazio and Liguria in the elimination phase and Veneto in the semifinal. In the very tight final, Piedmont lost to their rivals with a score of 5 to 3. In Arezzo, on the other hand, the group led by Bianco and the Bovesano coach Andrea Melis paid for a bit of inexperience by conquering the ninth place finish. In the group, present Alessandro Giordanengo, Matteo Martini and Filippo Oggero. Among the greatest, engaged in Florence, the Skatch Boves brought Matteo Ariaudo, Tommaso Cavallo and Giacomo Boarino. Under the technical guidance of managers Sandrone and Cerami, the Piedmontese finished the tournament in seventh place.
