hosted the 2023 CONI Regional Trophy in Settimo Torinese

The Campo degli Arcieri Varian in Settimo Torinese hosted the regional phase of the CONI 2023 Trophy yesterday afternoon as regards archery.

26 archers from the years 2009 to 2013 from 7 regional companies competed on the 60 arrows of the competition.

Challenge resolved only by gold difference for men, in the end Alessandro Martilla (Arcieri del Chisone) wins with 542 points and 19 gold against Kevin Giordana’s 18 (Arcieri dell’Elice); Paolo Ponsetti (Arcieri delle Alpi) closes the podium with 537 points.

In the women’s category, Giorgia Arnolfo (GAM) prevails with 570 points over Giulia Lops (Arcieri Iuvenilia) with 567 points and Iasmin Elena Bondrea (Arcieri Iuvenilia) with 557 points.

The regional phase thus decrees the Piedmontese team that will take part in the national phase, scheduled from 21 to 24 September next in the province of Matera (Basilicata).
They will wear the regional shirt and defend the title (in the archery discipline) of the last edition: Alessandro Martilla, Kevin Giordana, Giorgia Arnolfo and Giulia Lops.
