Emotions in this event, which brought together nearly 130 teams, are the order of the day, where the best will seek to win the gold medal and the champion’s cup.
In the Diapers category, two Mazatlan teams will play the final this Sunday.
Liga Mazatlán qualified for the grand final after defeating another ninth team from Buenos Aires, Liga Quintero Castañeda, in a close duel by a score of 15 runs to 14.
And in this same category, Liga Muralla beat UABC Sports Center 18-13.
Another local team that advanced to the final in the Escuelita category is Liga Mazatlán, which beat Cimarrones-Baja California in the semifinals by 26-11.
Compita Liga Mazatlán also qualified for the grand final of Escuelita, after defeating Mets-Tamaulipas 20-18.
In Infantil Mayor, Clamaxtos-Tijuana whitewashed Academia Valdez Castro-Sinaloa 7-0, while Liga Mazatlán B defeated Obregón Municipal 8-0, and both winners also qualified for the semifinals.
In the Children’s category, Navojoa-Sonora defeated Culiacán-Sinaloa 7-0, and qualified for the final.
In the results of the quarterfinals of the Minor Children’s category, Liga Mazatlán defeated Academia Toros México-NL 15-3, while Mazatlán R4 beat Bravos-Chihuahua 23-1.
For its part, Culichi-Sinaloa blanked Ducks Colhuacan-Sinaloa 15-0, while Bravos Jr-Obregon defeated Falcons Vergel-Durango 11-1.
In the Adult Youth Free category, the ninth from Mazatlan of SUTERM Section 75 qualified undefeated to the semifinals, after beating Starline-Guadalajara in their third game of the first round, to finish with a 3-0 record.
