People for the samurai final

This Saturday, the Judo club Marnaval Saint-Dizier 52 and the Haute-Marne committee are organizing the departmental general assembly in the morning from 9 a.m. at the CSC and in the afternoon at the dojo de la Noue, from from 2:30 p.m., the departmental final of the samurai, which will bring together more than 150 judokas from the various clubs in Haut-Marne. After having made two meetings in districts during this final, they will be evaluated in different sectors of judo culture, standing techniques, ground techniques, arbitration, etc. The top two scores will qualify for either a gold, silver, bronze or consolation medal, depending on the number of points earned.

Individual senior championships in Paris

In Paris, the French individual senior championships are taking place this weekend, following the Grand Est championships. A Marnavalaise will compete, this Saturday, the individual championships 2^e division, namely Margaux Sylvestri, in less than 63 kg who was medalist last year at this competition. The first four of each weight category qualify for the individual French championships 1^re division of the month of November where already four Marnavalais are selected.

Seven individual Marnavalais in France 3^e division

On the same site in Paris, at the National Institute of Judo, the individual French championships take place 3^e division where seven Marnavalais are also qualified: Nathan Hartmann (-66 kg), Baptiste Vincent (-81 kg), Kada Ouali (-100 kg). Among the women, we find Charlotte Fraipont (-48 kg), Valentine Lebel (-63 kg) and Elly Morgenthaler, Sofia Ouali (-70 kg). These girls are either cadet 3^e year and junior 1^re year. The season ends on this competition. France 3 championships^e division do not select for the higher event at all.
