The Formula 1 race weekend in Barcelona brings many upgrades. There are seven teams that have decided to bring upgrades to Barcelona, including all the top teams.
So also Red Bull Racing. Yesterday Helmut Marko, advisor to Red Bull, already announced that upgrades were coming for Barcelona and that they were going to try ‘something new’. Sergio Pérez also confirmed this, but Max Verstappen was not aware of this. The documents from the FIA now also show that there are indeed upgrades for the RB19. It concerns the diffuser and the edges of the floor.

Other teams
The competition is not standing still either. Ferrari (rear wing, floor and engine cover), Aston Martin (front wing, beam wing, nose and rear wing) and Mercedes (diffuser, inlets of the sidepods), have also included upgrades, with Aston Martin certainly going to turn out quite well. The three teams try to outdo each other, but also try to catch up with Red Bull bit by bit. In addition to these four top teams, McLaren (front corners), AlphaTauri (rear wing) and Williams (front wing and engine cover) have also included upgrades. No upgrades for Haas, Alfa Romeo and Alpine.
Red Bull – despite Verstappen’s words on Friday – has brought two small updates to Barcelona. The edge of the floor has been adjusted and the corners of the diffuser have been changed a bit. #F1 #SpanishGP pic.twitter.com/yQ7oqf5X8h
