Over four days from August 4th (Friday) to 7th (Monday), the 9th Next Generation Nurturing College Baseball Summer League will be held in Niigata Prefecture.

What is the “Next Generation College Baseball Summer League”?

In the next-generation college baseball summer league, teams are formed mainly by 1st and 2nd graders who do not have the opportunity to participate in league games, etc., and they gain game experience in a short period of time (such as 5 games in 4 days) in Niigata. It has been held since 2015 with the aim of By gathering a large number of spectators, it becomes a tournament with an atmosphere closer to that of an official match than a regular open-air match, which is stimulating for the players. In addition, considering the contribution to the local community, the tournament has developed and established itself as a tournament that contributes not only to human resource development but also to community development, such as by developing various projects and holding cheering battles by the support guidance department.
