The 2023/2024 badminton league kicks off in August, where two clubs from this year’s VICTOR Final 4 meet in the first round.

A new and hopefully exciting season awaits from 31 August when the Badminton League returns.

The promotions from Hvidovre have invested in stars such as Kim Astrup and Rikke Søby, and the champions from Vendsyssel have recently brought back Lasse Mølhede in their ambition to regain the championship.

So the clubs stir before the start of the season, where the silver winners from Team Skælskør-Slagelse with newly added Mia Blichfeldt and Nhat Nguyen will face the bronze winners from Skovshoved, who have brought in Mikkel Mikkelsen instead of the aforementioned Mølhede, in the first round.

In the first round, the champions from Vendsyssel Aarhus AB meet, who secured another season in the country’s top tier when they won 5-0 over Kolding in the qualifying match.

The promotion from Hvidovre also has a difficult start to life in the Badminton League on paper. They meet Højbjerg/Via Biler in the first game of the new season.

In addition, Gentofte-RSL Odense OBK and Værløse-Solrød Strand also meet in the first round.

The dates for Rounds 8 and 9 are also entered. However, the game times can be changed after the final annual calendar is known from the BWF.
