“Riga” is at the top of the tournament table with 45 points in 17 games, RFS has 38 points in 16 games, “Valmierai” has 26 points, and “Auda” has 22 points. “Metta” has collected 22 points, “Liepāja” has 20 points in 15 matches, “Jelgava” and “Tukums 2000″/”Telms” have 15 points in 16 matches, “Daugavpilij” has 13 points and “Super Nova” has seven points.

In the previous season, for the first time in history, the people of Valmiera became the champions, “Riga” won the silver, and “RFS” won the bronze, while “Auda” won the Latvian Cup.

The champion will be determined after 36 rounds played in four rounds. A total of 180 games will be held.
