About Us :
OnlyKart, the largest multi-leisure complex in the Lyon region, located in Dagneux (01), 20 minutes from Lyon, offers indoor and outdoor leisure activities: indoor electric karting, outdoor bio-ethanol karting, bowling, laser game, virtual reality and karaoke. We are recruiting on a work-study or internship (6 months) an event reception agent, with communication missions from September 2023.
Position: Alternation reception / events / communication
Hours: Mainly evenings and weekends + 1 day per week as an office day.
Reception / Event missions:
– Welcoming and supervising customers
– Booking, registration and collection
– Participation in BtoC fairs
– Group management, event management (setting up and monitoring the smooth running)
– Telephone and administrative stand
– Mastery of the reservation software
– Bar service and receipts
– Help ordering suppliers and inventory management
– Revitalize the complex with the organization of evening events
– Organization of open days
Communication missions (according to the profile of the candidate and in connection with the communication manager):
– Creation of content for social networks Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn (publications, stories, lives)
– Creation of a communication plan
– Creation of visuals
– Distribution of BtoB and BtoC Newsletters
Possibility of evolutions according to the skills of the trainee / work-study student.
Required profile :
– Bachelor in Sports Management
