‘Ajax offers nine million euros for a Brazilian striker’: fans react mockingly

Ajax is interested in the services of Juan Santos, Brazilian Bolavip reported on Thursday evening. According to the sports newspaper, the people of Amsterdam are willing to pay nine million euros for the 21-year-old center striker, who is still under contract with São Paulo until the end of 2024. Reportedly, Ajax will face competition from Portugal and Spain in the battle for the Brazilian’s signature.
The medium reports that Ajax wants to do business quickly and wants to complete the transfer before the end of July. The team from Amsterdam is said to have already made an offer of nine million euros for the striker, although São Paulo only wants to agree to a departure if a substantial resale percentage is included in the deal. It is not known exactly what percentage São Paulo is thinking about.
The current number seven of the Série A is reportedly forced to sell some players to get the financial house in order, so that offers from clubs are seriously listened to. Not only Ajax is interested in Juan, because Sporting Portugal and a club from LaLiga, whose name is still unknown to the medium, have also reported to São Paulo.
