Geumsan-gun Burimyeon Resident Autonomous Committee (Chairman Park Han-chun) opened a resident autonomous table tennis program on the 12th and held the first class at the Burimyeon Sports Center.

About 20 residents participated in the newly opened table tennis program, and training will be held every Wednesday from 2:00 pm for 2 hours.

The committee is operating nine programs, including drums, Korean dance, yoga, and saxophone, to promote healthy leisure life and cultural activities for residents.

Chairman Park Han-chun said, “I ask for the interest and support of the people in the newly opened table tennis program.”

Kim Sang-hoon, head of the village, said, “The community autonomy center plays an important role in expanding exchanges and promoting leisure activities among the residents of myeon.

Meanwhile, the Burimyeon Residents’ Autonomy Committee is also taking part in capacity building training for residents’ autonomy members and field trips to advanced areas of resident autonomy to contribute to the local community and improve the quality of life for residents.
