What ID do I need to provide when purchasing tickets?
The Chengdu Universiade implements a real-name system for ticket purchases, and real-name information corresponding to the number of tickets must be filled in when purchasing tickets.
The public can buy tickets with the ID card of the People’s Republic of China, the Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, the Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, and the valid passport of foreign citizens.
How many tickets can be purchased at one time?
Each account is limited to 5 tickets per game, of which: basketball finals, volleyball finals, swimming, diving, table tennis, and badminton finals, each account is limited to 2 tickets per game; for events with package tickets, one-click purchase of 2-person package or 3-person package.
How to pick up the ticket after buying it?
Members of the public who purchase electronic tickets can enter the venue with their valid ID cards for verification and do not need to collect tickets.
To purchase paper tickets, you can get the tickets by express mail, or go to 51 official ticket service outlets in the Chengdu area, and ticket service kiosks at various venues (open 3 days before the start of the game) to pick up tickets on-site.
How to check in?
The Chengdu Universiade is a real-name admission system.
For paper tickets, you must hold your valid ID card (original) and ticket, and enter the venue after verifying that the information is consistent.
For electronic tickets, you must bring your valid ID card (original) for direct verification and entry.
Children born on or after June 1, 2017 can enter the venue free of charge with their valid ID card, must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket and can only share one seat. Children who have not applied for identity documents can enter the venue with valid documents (originals) such as household registration booklets.

Can tickets be exchanged or refunded after purchasing tickets?
