Chihuahua.- The Chihuahuan Institute of Sport and Physical Culture (ICHD) reported that the Chihuahuan Judo delegation began its participation in the 2023 Conade National Games with six medals, which take place in Villahermosa, Tabasco.
The 13-14 years category began the harvest of medals, by obtaining two silver medals by Pedro Isaín López Molina in the division up to 58 kilograms (kg), as well as Abel Leonardo Lozada Martínez in Up to 64kg.
Chihuahua also took the podium with bronze medals in the 13-14 years category, led by Cesar Alan Moreno Nunez (Up to 36kg), Sergio Alejandro Baylon Navarro (Up to 48kg), Fernanda Gonzalez Rodriguez (Up to 48kg), Jazmin Izamar Lopez Molina and Victoria Belem Sauceda Soto, both in the Up to 53kg division.
The participants were accompanied by Teporaca Romero, director of the ICHD, who rewarded them and encouraged them to continue in the sport, which is a tool for their personal and professional development.
