Football Manager 2025 will be a fresh start, with the title being rebuilt from its base to offer a new experience to fans. The first confirmed change is that the title uses Unity, a game engine that is used in different famous titles on the market, such as Pokémon GO. Unity will bring big changes in terms of visuals and UI to the game. Miles confirmed that both the mainline version of Football Manager 2025 and Touch, which launches for iOS devices and Nintendo Switch, will use the new engine.
The second novelty is the introduction of women’s football to the game. Announced in July 2021, the addition will finally be made after much research by Sports Interactive. However, the developer has confirmed that there are still some cool streams that need to be finalized before the competition can officially come to the game.
Football Manager 2023 is currently available for PC. In addition to the main version, the title is also available on Xbox Series and PlayStation 5 via Console Edition, on Nintendo Switch and iOS platforms via Touch Edition and on mobile devices with Football Manager Mobile.
