Former Judoka Launches His Own Football Agency After Transfer Market Successes

After great successes on the transfer market, the ex-judoka launched his own agency in the world of football.

There are some unsuspected bridges between the world of judo and football. A former hope passed by the French teams of the discipline and the National Institute of Sport, Expertise and Performance (Insep) – he had carried out the preparation for the Beijing Olympics in 2008 – has chosen for several years to borrow one of them to set up in the world of football and advise a few footballers there.

In addition to having enabled Angers to do good business with the sales of Jeff Reine-Adélaïde (35 million euros in Lyon), Mohamed-Ali Cho (15 M€ at Real Sociedad) and Bilal Brahimi (8 M€ in Nice), Jalal Benalla also accompanied Dayot Upamecano when he signed his first professional contract with RB Salzburg.

Soon, the one who has become a sports adviser affiliated with the English federation will launch his own sports management agency based on an Anglo-Saxon model, that is to say at 360 degrees. It will include legal, communication and medical services. A last point on which Benalla attaches particular importance after these years spent at Insep.
