Jeollanam-do Hwasun-gun (Governor Bok-gyu Koo) announced that it would hold the ‘Hwasun National School Badminton Championships (Elementary School)’ at Hanium Indoor Gymnasium for 7 days from the 22nd to the 28th.
The elementary school competition, which started on the 22nd, is open to players from 3rd to 6th grade, and a total of 107 teams and 700 people participate in a team match of 3 singles and 2 doubles.
The middle and high school competition will be held for 10 days from the 3rd to the 12th of next month at the Hanium Indoor Gymnasium, and the competition will be divided into group and individual competitions.
An official from Hwasun-gun said, “As this is a tournament that will determine the top of the best badminton prospects in Korea, I hope all players will do their best.”
